Privacy

We use your name, phone, address and order details to confirm, prepare and deliver your purchase and provide after-sales support. Email is used for order confirmation when email delivery is configured. Necessary delivery details are shared with the delivery provider. We do not store card numbers or CVV. Your bag is stored on your device and administration uses protected login sessions. Contact support to ask about or correct your information.

Measurement and advertising choices

With your permission, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok receive browsing and shopping events, product identifiers, quantities, currency and order values. TikTok also receives your IP address and browser information to match browser and server events. Cash-on-delivery order placement is recorded as PlaceAnOrder, not as payment received. When you confirm an order after allowing measurement, SHA-256 hashes of your normalized email and phone are shared with Meta for ad conversion matching. These hashes remain personal data that Meta can match. Your name, delivery address and plain contact details are not shared through these tags. Contact hashes are not sent to Google Analytics or TikTok and are not stored in browser storage. You can choose Necessary only or change your choice through Privacy choices. Administration, private invoices and order-tracking pages do not load these tags.
